Jakarta, Indonesia – Russian company Kompozit Group successfully completed its participation in the Mining Indonesia 2024 international exhibition, held from September 11 to 14 in the Indonesian capital. The company became the only representative of the Russian Federation at this prestigious industry event, demonstrating a high level of preparation and strong interest in developing international cooperation.
Strategic Market Entry Preparation
Preparation for exhibition participation included a comprehensive approach to analyzing the Indonesian market. An extensive marketing study of 83 pages was conducted, along with the development of a financial model and detailed business plan, confirming the company's serious intentions for regional expansion. This level of preparation enabled the company to build an effective strategy for engaging with potential partners and clients.
Strengthening Diplomatic and Business Relations
As part of the business program, Kompozit Group representatives held a meeting with the Trade Representative of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Indonesia, Mr. A.A. Masaltsev, who confirmed maximum support for the company's activities in the region. Negotiations were conducted with the Vice President of Marketing at Waskita, Indonesia's largest state-owned construction company, opening prospects for large-scale cooperation.
Exhibition Results and Development Prospects
At its own booth, the company conducted 8 productive meetings with clients and established contacts with 40 new potential partners. Of particular significance was the meeting with the delegation from Indonesia's Ministry of Industry, led by the Deputy Director of the Directorate General for Sustainable Industrial Development. The company concluded an official partnership agreement with PT. PanAsia Tech Investment (PAT), which will become Kompozit Group's official representative in Indonesia, creating a solid foundation for further expansion into the Southeast Asian market.
During the business trip, negotiations for establishing a joint venture were held in Bali, and three sites for production facilities placement were inspected, demonstrating the company's long-term plans for production localization.
